Hey guys! I hope you had a nice week so far. I am actually a bit shocked from the weather we have here in Berlin – 10°C and rain, seriously May? So, today I am bringing the summer and sun back and share the first part of my travel outfit diary with you. As you might know, I was in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore in March and tried to shoot everyday’s look for you. Can’t wait to hear which outfit is your favourite. There is a little story about the title picture, so make sure to check out the whole post …
We shot this look on our first day in Kuala Lumpur and I wore it for a bit of sightseeing and a night out. I actually wore this dress a lot on my trip as it is not only super cute but also non-iron which turned out to be a very nice feature when packing and unpacking every other day
So, this is what I wore when we landed in Singapore. Actually it was way too hot. The weather in Singapore is crazy humid ..and hot. Anyway, love the combination of casual and chic. Wore this skirt a lot on my trip as the length is also suitable for visiting temples etc. and you won’t get too many looks.
We shot this before we jumped on our flight to Indonesia. For the flight though I added some leggings as I am always cold on a plane. Love the shimmery colour of the dress! It is the perfect piece that can be dressed up and down.
Pink in Pink
You may know this look from my Singapore post. I am totally into pink this season and when I saw this wall from a Victorias Secret store, I needed to take some shots of my look there.
Grey & Gold
As you might know from other blog posts, I kind of love shirt dresses, as they are clean and chic and can be combined with everything (+ they are perfect for layering). This one is from the new collection of KIOMI and I love the water colour print. Btw. what do you think about the sandals? They were both – super comfortable and chic!
Strike a pose – took this shot at the beautiful hotel we were in Yogyakarta. I brought this dress as I thought it makes sense to have something not so revealing when travelling to a Muslim country. It turned out that Yogyakarta is THE CITY of original Batik art, so it could not be more perfect for my trip.
A typical casual, sporty summer look. I really love this shirt and already showed it to you in this look. Although it is so simple and plain, it adds a little bit vintage vibe to every look, especially when worn with denim.
My favourite look from the first part of the diary. I loooove those pants although I already own them for a few years now. As I told you in the beginning, there is a little story about this picture. Can you spot the difference from the title picture? – yes I wear another bag! When my boyfriend took the pictures of me, a girl from a local bag brand asked if I could model for their new collection pictures and gave me a few different bags that matched my looks. In return I could choose some pieces of her collection – will show you an outfit with it later
