Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich hoffe, ihr seid gut ins neue Jahr gestartet. Meine ersten Tage waren ganz entspannt und so ein bisschen hänge ich noch dem Feiertagsmodus nach. Das sollte sich aber demnächst ändern, denn in der nächsten Woche steht schon wieder die Fashion Week an. Auch wenn ich nur einen kurzen Besuch plane, wird es sicherlich mal wieder spannend, in die Bloggerwelt abzutauchen und dabei natürlich auch ein bisschen neuen Content zu erstellen. Der Content für diese Woche steht bereits: neben diesem Look erwartet euch am Donnerstag mein lange geplanter Reisebericht von meinem Urlaub auf Menorca im Oktober – also schaut dann gerne nochmal vorbei 😉 Nun aber zum heutigen Outfit…
Dieses shootete ich bereits Ende Dezember in einem trockengelegtem Brunnen. Tatsächlich haben mein Fotograf Freddy und ich schon lange geplant, diesen ungewöhnlichen Ort als Shootinglocation zu nutzen und ich bin mit den Resultaten ziemlich zufrieden. Der Look ist eine verspielte Kombination aus Kleid und Pullover mit viel Blau und goldenen Akzenten. Vielleicht greift er nicht aktuelle Trends auf (wobei knee high boots in diesem Winter ein kleines Revival zu haben scheinen) oder beinhaltet irgendwelche neuen Teile (alles bis auf den Pullover kennt ihr bereits aus anderen Looks), jedoch hat es mir Spaß gemacht ihn zusammenzustellen und dabei ein bisschen Kreativ zu werden mit dem, was mein Kleiderschrank so hergibt. Auch wenn ich das Endergebnis mag, hätte eine transparentere Strumpfhose wohl doch besser gepasst. Wenn ich mich jedoch daran erinnere, wie kalt mir nach der Session war, bereue ich meine Wahl keinesfalls 😉 Wie gefällt euch der Look? Ich wünsche euch einen schönen Start in die neue Woche!

Hey guys, I hope you had a good start into the new year! My first days of 2019 were quite calm and I am still a bit in holday mode (and mood). However, this is about to change really soon. Especially because next week is already Berlin Fashion Week. Although I am planning a short visit only, it will definitely be fun to be back at the bloggerscene again and shoot some new content. This weeks content for Samieze is already set: besides this post there will be my long-anticipated (at least from myself) Menorca travel post going online on Thursday – so make sure to drop by again 😉 But let’s talk about today’s post…
I already shot this look end of December in a location my photographer and I wanted to „use“ in a long while. This dry fountain (I don’t know if the translation actually makes sense but maybe you get the idea) is located in a big roundabout traffic. I really like the result and will probably shoot there soon again. The look is a quite playful combination with lots of blues, golden details and an overall preppy vibe. It does neither incorporate any current trends (whereas I think knee high boots have some kind of revival at the moment) nor any new pieces (you know all pieces from older looks already). However, it was fun putting it together and being creative with what I have. Although I am pleased with the outcome, I would prefer more transparent tights as the black seems a bit harsh. Remembering how cold I was after we finished shooting though, I don’t really regret my decision 😉 What do you think about the look? Have a lovely week!
