Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich hoffe, ihr genießt euer verlängertes Wochenende und habt schöne Feiertage. Schon wieder sind zwei Wochen ins Land geschritten seit meinem letzten Beitrag. Bei mir war viel los und diese Woche ist meiner anstehenden Reise in den Iran (!!! 🙂 ) gewidmet, auf die ich mich schon sehr freue und über die ich euch auch hoffentlich hier wieder ein bisschen berichten werde. Mittlerweile der Sommer in Berlin angekommen, so dass das heutige Outfit perfekt zu den aktuellen Temperaturen passt!
Der heutige Look ist besonders für feierlichere Anlässe geeignet, vor allem mit den silbernen Stiefeletten dazu. Grundsätzlich funktioniert das Kleid aber auch sehr gut für einen alltäglichen Sommerlook mit einem paar Sneakers – oder sogar als kleiner Stilbruch – zu weißen Birkenstocks. Während ich mich sofort in das Muster und die perlmuttfarbenen Knöpfe verliebt habe, ist der Schnitt eine etwas schwierige Angelegenheit. Auch wenn ich die Idee der Silhouette mit Puffärmeln, schmaler Taille und leicht ausgestelltem Rock sehr mag, funktioniert sie an mir nicht ganz so gut. Vielleicht werde ich also das Kleid weiterverschenken; für die Fotos und den dazugehörigen Look mit silbrigen und weißen Akzenten war es aber definitiv perfekt. Was meint ihr? Ich wünsche euch eine schöne, sonniger, sommerliche und vor allem kurze Woche!

Hey guy, I hope you are enjoying your easter weekend! Its been two weeks already since my last post. There was a lot going on and right now I am busy with planning my upcoming trip to Iran next week. I am super happy for my second trip and can’t wait to meet some friends again and revisit some incredibly beautiful places. However, Berlin is also not a bad place to be at the moment and I (obviously) love the current weather situation which is perfect for today’s look.
I did not show such a preppy look here in a while. It is perfect for a special occasion but with a different pair of shoes the dress also goes in an everyday look with sneakers – or for a little contrast – also with Birkenstock. What I really love about the dress is its pattern and the beautiful buttons. The shape however is a bit unusual. In theory I like the idea of wide shoulders, a small waist and a full skirt but at least with this dress it does not really work on me so that I am thinking about giving it to a friend. For today’s pictures and the combination, however, I liked it a lot. What do you think about it? Have a nice and sunny week.
