Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich hoffe, ihr hattet ein schönes Wochenende. Auch wenn es hier in Berlin fast pausenlos geregnet hat, war mein Wochenende ganz besonders schön, da ich meinen Geburtstag erst mit der Familie und anschließend mit Freunden nachgefeiert habe. Jetzt ist auch das letzte winterliche Highlight vorüber und ich zähle die Wochen bis der Frühling beginnt. Glücklicherweise habe ich einen Vorlauf an Winterlooks, die ich euch noch hier zeigen kann und möchte, denn so langsam vergeht meine Freude an Wintermode đ
Nichtsdestrotz freue ich mich euch den heutigen Look zu zeigen. Ein Grund dafür ist, ist dass er ausschließlich aus Teilen besteht, die ihr schon aus anderen Kombinationen und Looks von mir kennt. Ich muss zugeben, dass auch wenn ich natürlich einen prall gefüllten Kleiderschrank besitze, ich doch hin und wieder – mal mehr mal weniger regelmäßig – Neuanschaffungen tätige. Das ist natürlich – vor allem als Modeblogger – total normal, macht es aber natürlich viel einfacher „neue“ Looks zusammenzustellen. Im Kontrast dazu, kann es eine richtige Challenge sein, Teile, die schon länger im Kleiderschrank hängen, neu zu erfinden – vor allem, da ich euch über die vergangenen Jahre bereits einen Großteil meiner Garderobe gezeigt habe. Daher ist es mir eine besondere Freude, solch eine Challenge, mit einem resultierenden Look, der auch mich alte Teile mit neuen Augen sehen lässt. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Kombination des auffälligen Mantels mit den roten Overknees und Lederdetails und wurde dabei sogar mit ein paar Sonnenstrahlen verwöhnt. Hey guys, how are you? I hope you had a lovely weekend. Although it was non-stop raining in Berlin, my weekend was really nice as I celebrated my birthday with my family and friends. Now that the last highlight of winter for me is over, I am counting days until spring starts. Luckily, I have a few winterlooks left that I want to show you here throughout the next weeks as I am starting to feel fed up with winter fashion (and also with this constant greyness it is no joy to shoot outfits on the streets!).
Anyway, I am super happy to present you todays look because of a special reason: it only consists of pieces that I have for some time now and already showed you in different combinations in other looks here on the blog already. Although I try to stem it a bit I am constantly buying or getting new pieces. Don’t get me wrong, of course I love that and its also part of being a fashion blogger. But with having a new item in each new post, it is less of a creative challenge to come up with new looks. Someone who I admire for his sense of fashion is not someone who just buys the latest drops of stylish brands but someone who comes up with styling pieces in a way that inspires you! I would not say that today’s look is crazily inspiring but for me it was a new thing to combine this coat with a short a-line skirt instead of pants which I did before because of the coats straight silhouette. And I liked the result đ What do you think about the combination?
